saw those right when they updated their page a month ago i think....those look awesome...wonder how many bands will actually use them for indoor

We used them outside, as they we're not rifles. Many mid-west communities don't want anything that looks like a gun used in a school activity (it only takes a couple of whackos to go to the school board.) I jumped for joy when they came out, they spin like a cross between a sabre and a rifle, and the holes open up (no pun inteneded) a lot of room for creativity. I don't think that winterguard groups will use them until they are allowed as a substitute for rifles in equipment requirements and with the younger kids, the spins and tosses are just different enough to mess them up, IMHO. But I am old.
