King Sabres

Post by mredom » Mon Sep 23, 2019 3:24 pm

Hello folks,

I can't seem to find a straight answer. What is the warranty on a King Sabre? Is there one at all?

If there's not, why pay more for the King than the DSI excalibur, which does have a limited lifetime warranty and is 2/3rds the price.

Anyone have thoughts on this?

Thanks!

Quality.
the King saber is unparalleled in MANY facets. The other mentioned is commonly known as "Excali-breakers" among many instructors. Also, they may not have a lifetime warranty (anymore) BUT they do have very cheap, fast, and reliable repairs.
My 36" came apart from the ring at the bottom, I got it returned very quickly and the job looked like a NEW blade, if it wasn't for an obvious mark I knew I had made on it I could have been convinced they just sent me a brand new one.
The King can take a beating, not sure I can say the same with any other blade.
