HAWAII INVITATIONAL!
Music and Drill Team Festival
While we will NOT be involved with the Festival this year due to
illness, many Band Directors, Drill Team Advisors, Choreographers and Pep Squad
Coaches work hard to make plans and find activities to develope of their programs....
We thought you might be interested in reading about what the World of Pageantry's
HAWAII INVITATIONAL Music and Drill Team Festival had to offer in past years!

There was a choice of two different weeks of
activities, one before and one after Easter. Week #1 would be devoted to
adjudication of musical units and auxiliary units and would offer many
performance opportunities. Week #2 was a FULL Festival for all performing
units.
The World of Pageantry's HAWAII INVITATIONAL was sponsored by the
World of Pageantry band and drill team,
pep squad and flag newspaper.... and a prominent travel agency
and was hosted in Hawaii by The Kamehameha High School Warriors Band,
Drill Team Hawaii, Mililani High School Color Guard, and the Kings Village Honor
Guard.... Last year more than 20 Hawaiian Schools participated in the Hawaii
Invitational! It was the longest running springtime festival in Hawaii!
More than 65,000 kids have participated in the Hawaii Invitational in the past
decade! Ask around at almost any competition and you will find a unit director
who has been to the World of Pageantry's Hawaii Invitational one or more times (More
than half of our groups returned a second or even third time!)
