OK. Thats also cause of the way they tune them. Im sure i can make my bass drum sound like a cardboard box.
I totally agree with you about how drums can sound when people tune them is a fact too.

SD Alternative marched Dynasty drums for winterline...I didn't see any problems with the drums...although I have to admit it would have been cool to be affiliated with Pearl:D
I used to play on Dynasty when I was in middle school and some in high school. And we never had any problems either.
