festivals are coming up like CRAZY!!

its march and festivals are popping up like crazy!!! rehearsals are so much more intense @ my school. but i like festivals. how is ur band handlin it??

yeah tomorrow we have practice till forever, and than when u think about it, the first thing we perform at (cmea state convention) is next week!!! ahhhhhhhhhh.... but we're ready, and excited. we're doing a lot more concert festivals this year too.

Well, having to prepare for the CBDA convention last month really got our wind ensemble ready for festival season. Usually around this time there's a lot of stress, but having all the stress before CBDA, we're ready to cruse right into festival season no problem.

I wish we would get to rehearse more! My director doesn't believe in all this extra stress and frustration/rehearsals because he believes that a superior band should be superior during rehearsal without the extra aid of after school rehearsals. He has a point, though.

We are going to a Festival at Fullerton HS plummer auditorium this friday.

I am excited because I have our first Festival at our school!!!!It is the first time this has happened

I am sad though because we sre only going to 2 this year
