ok you can't say there is no favoritism because every guard and every situation is different. I know for a fact that one girl is favored on my guard, and yes it did start out that way because she was the best spinner but then most people surpassed her and i even know of a girl who's so good and has such a great attitude but yet gets nothing! i'd rather have her get the solos but no, the favorite always does. i'd call that favoritism.Mad City wrote:Well well ladies, you can run but you can't hide.
No, there is no favoritism. Those who have special skills, work hard, don't complain, and learn from their mistakes, are usually the right people to put in specific positions. That's how you made finals and top 3 at every contest in the fall, top 2 at every contest in the spring, and won a "GOLD MEDAL".
Talent is one thing, your attitude and "rehearsal performance" is everything.

and i might add that she drops A LOT (the favorite) but yet is still the favorite, hmmm...i'd call that a very good guard girl who doesn drop...um not!
