Which NCBA school will take home the open class championship this winter? I hope I didn't leave anyone out. Sorry if I did.

My moneys on foothill this year. Fairfield can contend... but it belongs to foothill.

There are other lines in open that can contend as well.

Hogan has competed in open at some shows...But they are doing the WGI things so maybe they are not doing champs (and I don't blame them).

hey 8-ball....you saying Hogan is better than Vallejo, Foothill, and Farifield? I'm curious how you think that is so? I am not trying to flame the Hogan kids or staff, but when you talk about maturity of hands and musical book, I don't think they are at the level of Vallejo, Foothill, or Fairfield. I must say though, I do like the show and I think it was appropriately written for their level of development. (I have only seen them at the Vallejo show)

Just curious about your thoughts...not just a one liner.

I think Hogan is playing more stuff than some of the lines you mentioned. I also think they are playing stuff better than other lines in that class. I will let you know more at the end of the season.

My point before was to Spyder who likes to shoot off his mouth without having any basis for opinions. Just watch the shows before you comment on them...and then make judgement based on all the information possible.

Hey 8-ball ... you wouldn't happen to be one of Hogan percussions instructors would you? Cuz I've found that sometimes instructors are more defensive than the actual performers when it comes to stuff like whose book or show is better and skills and yadda yadda yadda
