I know that Vallejo was hosting, but does anyone have their scores from their show? Were they being judged?

I don't remember seeing bethel. The only thing I can really remember is that almost every group I saw was LOUD! It could of been the crappy ass gym.

I didnt see many lines... i think i saw granite bay and armijo. No.. this we year we're not going to that review... but we will be at foothill... and championships are here in my hometown... (if your in the ncba). but as for my line.... we havent had a good year.... one of our 3 snare players was in a car accident and hasnt been recovered in time for competitions... so we're marching 2 snares... and one of our tenor player's mom hates the drumline and made him go on a three week 'vacation' to mexico... so even if he could do it now... he wouldnt know the part.... so we're missing people... its an ok show though

Las Plumas/Oroville HS's

Post by Paul » Fri Mar 19, 2004 1:51 pm

Usually a strong street drumline contender why is the Las Plumas/Oroville drumline always competing in the lower NCBA winter drumline divisions?

I've always wondered that myself. Las Plumas/Oroville also manages to show strength in Napa's field percussion competition during the Fall seasons.

This post had caused too much tension and frustration with people, including my band director. i apologize if i offended anyone with this post. True... i dont think about what i post and i speak my mind before i decide how to word my sentances. That 96 score i said we had in winter, was actually a street score... my mistake. and im the only one in my line that doesnt like our book very much. so im also sorry to the writer of our show.

You should think about your audience before you open your mouth
