TO G-man

Post by Survivor » Mon Jan 19, 2004 5:27 pm

To me I look up to my percussion instructor. He has always been there for me and the rest of the section. My BD is really great and he does a lot for me and my section but he does not see us as one of HIS students like my Percussion instructor does. When we go on trips he makes sure that everyone has a ride. We went to see a Yamato show and he offered to take people and he is a funny and cool guy. This man also helped me in my ability to perform. He helps me in ways not anyone else can. He does not yell at people he helps them. Yes sometimes he can be a jerk but most of the time he is like a second dad. Everyone loves him and he is really smart in what he does. He is so close to the section, I cant belive that he would ever leave. Thanx..........

Mr. Hausey A.K.A. Vore. He helped our school a ton. I greatly appreciate all the advice he has given to me and my peers through the years.

No one has influenced me more in my entire colorguard career than my old instructor Jason Flores. He's very well known in the WGI world... and I hold him very close to my heart. He taught me everything i know and inspired me to be the performer I am today. He always believed in me and never once doubted my potential. Even when he was yealling at us... he did it because he knew we were much better than we were performing. I miss him... he moved on to a different state, different guard. I think its important to have people like that in your life.... they always leave the impressions that last a lifetime and keep you going as long as you remember.
