I gotta say snare becuase good lines get some shweet licks

I would have to say Tenors because it's all about scrapes and crossovers. :wink:

I take pride in DA PIT 8-) ... other than that, DA BASSES!!!! Splits and teamwork to play both the same and apart.

My personal favorite is bass although each section is important. I just love splittin' as much as possible. In a line of 5 everything can be so cool cause each person plays their role. This is how I see my ideal bass line.

Bass 1: adds depth to the drumline when doubling the snare parts

Bass 2 (me): splits every thing imaginable and can hang with top if necessary

Bass 3: the pivotal drum with a good impact sound but also the finness of a higher drum

Bass 4: plenty of impact but still able to split with 3

Bass 5: the big daddy of them all makes a bass line click
I'm still Red, but blue thoughts are clouding my mind. Those who know drum corps know what I'm talking about.

The quad line makes the corps/band. Heck, the quad line makes life worth living. The only reason I still get up in the morning is that there are quad lines out there. 8-)
