the picture underneath your SN is called the "avatar". if you click on "profile" at the top of the page, you can pick which avatar you want or upload your own.

with my sig, i think i saved it as a higher quality file. it shoudl be fixed now.

click profile...which is right below the logo

then edit your signiture in there with the img tags

go up to "profile", scroll down to the bottom of the page and there should be a section for your avatar. it should be self explanatory from there...
