This years event will also have the champions from most of the Regionals there
Long Beach Ayala
St. George American Fork, UT
San Antonio The Woodlands
Winston Salem Dobyns Bennett, TN
Indianapolis Carmel
Conroe The Woodlands
Muncie Carmel
Toldeo Lake Central, IN
Kettering Mason, OH

Biggest surprise is that Broken Arrow will not be there. They are going to NYC in April to play at Carnegie Hall. They won both the Atlanta and St. Louis Super Regionals. Also do not See Marian Catholic from IL listed. So the competition may have a couple of openings.

Avon was KILLER today! I don't think Carmel had a very good run...they looked either sloppy or young visually.

I must say I was shocked that Tarpon Springs was not at BOA Nationals this year. Saw their show and it looked like it could have held up and been a top contender this year.

They look like that pretty much every year nowadays. Finances just don't allow them to make the trip every year, they only attend in even-numbered years.

From what we can tell viewing on the live stream and feedback from those onsite, Ayala had a good run and some WOW moments from the crowd. I am hoping they can crash the party at finals.....

I don't know that Ayala was clean enough visually to crash the finals party. Their percussion was INCREDIBLE though! I hope they can do it tomorrow =)
