Wow.

Arcadia, Ayala, Upland, Etiwanda, Chino, Mt. Carmel, El Dorado, Diamond Bar, Rancho Bernardo... meet Rancho Buena Vista.

As if 6A wasn't wild enough already in the SCSBOA. :D

My congrats to Murrieta Valley for 1st in music and 2nd in colorguard in the 5A division at Vista. Keep up the good work, and just wait a year or two when you'll be competing against your cross-town counterparts!

By the way, where is Rancho Buena Vista?

Yeah their show is awesome. I got to see them rehearse and do their run through at RBV when we were waiting to rehearse there. Then at Vista backfield, and its such a good show. Congrats RBV, best of luck in the next few weeks

I wonder how much RB performing out of division affected their score. I heard they went on early so some of their students can go to the Homecoming dance that was rescheduled due to the fires.

I can understand where that's coming from. Last year at the Chino tournament, we performed out of class also, due to homecoming, and we were creamed!! I haven't seen RB's show, but I've been told it is really good and really clean. So, we really can't tell if that affected their scores or not. But I'm sure it was close.

By the way, does anyone have the actual scores??

The song we play is an interpretation of the Cadets interpretation of the Disney Orchastra's songs called Illuminations and Tapestry of Dreams. But we just give parts nicknames like jurasic park and the smerf part, whatever it souds like. Its fun. :D
