March "Centaur" now available from Barnhouse

Post by JCYS » Thu May 24, 2012 7:14 pm

I'm pleased to announce that the march "Centaur" by Derek Broadbent is now available for wind band from CL Barnhouse of Iowa. The march was recently played on the street by Golden Valley HS of Merced.

My thanks to Mr. Broadbent, Wright and Round Ltd (holder of the brass band copyright) and Andy Glover at CL Barnhouse for making my arrangement of this fine march available to the general public.

Now, go out and buy it!

Very cool cover design..bravo Barnhouse! BTW..fellow directors...publishers DO NOT make money on difficult marches as a rule...their money generally comes from grade 2ish stuff..Christmas and pop stuff...so we need to be good CONSUMERS and buy these kinds of cool marches from them or they will not continue to publish them...
