OK, I stopped using my cell phone and I stopped texting while I drive, but really - now I can't practice my trumpet?

I understood that playing Alto Clarinet, however, is perfectly legal in the fast lane. I'm quite certain I read that in the California Vehicle Code Book. :gb:

If band directors were writing the laws, I'm sure it would be legal to play the alto clarinet any where, at any time.
