Here is my opinion:

Snares: Foothill

Tenors: Foothill (My favorite tenor line i've seen in this circuit in my opinion)

Basses: Fairfield (visual and splits blew me away.)

Cymbals: Fairfield

Pit: Rodriguez (Performance is off the chain Marimba line Especially)

Same for me. Fairfield's basses are on another level.

It seems the theme for this year's basses was planking.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NHcse6GkKo 5:02 Bella Vista has their basses plank also, but without using eachother.

Snares: Foothill
Tenors: Foothill Probably my favorite quad line ever.
Basses: Fairfield Smokin that was pretty amazing, although in a few years I could see Bella Vista's basses being at the top if they're only a scholastic line and did what they pulled off this year
Cymbals: Bella Vista
Pit: Rodriguez, I swear it's like they're one person it's ridiculous

Overall though I thought Foothill was pretty amazing their show kept me entertained throughout. Awesome show and Can't wait to see what they're doing next year. next year.
