Wow. Couple thoughts come to mind:

1) By calling it Cadets2, people will be expecting the very high standard the Cadets live by... but they get that by rehearsing 10 hours a day all week and 8 hours on show days.

2) Obviously this group will not charge as much in fees, less money for staff, uniforms, equipment but people will expect the Cadets experience because of the name. This means YEA! will be subsidizing them a LOT. Hope it doesn't hurt the bottom line of the Cadets.

3) Awesome to offer a drum corps experience to those not quite sure about the huge commitment required of a World Class drum corps. Hopefully many people will try it, and decide to join the big boys.

4) Very cool to offer something like this for older kids coming out of college. Nice.
