What do you people think about having an all piccolo section instead of some flutes and some piccolos? I think it can't get any better, cuz you can never have too many piccolos. :D

ahhh! as much as i love piccolos, they stick out way too much. especially if your band doesn't have much low brass. the triangular pyramid of sound would be flipped way upside-down times 10 if there were all piccolos. (maybe not field as much but definitely not parade or concert.) and to get thos piccolos in tune would be nearly impossible...

I don't like playing piccolo so I am completely against that :)

Also pic just sticks out way too much. I'm more of a flute person myself, just make them play louder and you can hear them and they sound prettier than pics.
