World Championship Prelims
Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis

In a twist to the usual World Championship Quarterfinals competition, the new Prelims competition will feature a veritable “all-skate” of DCI corps. In addition to the performances of all 23 World Class groups, all Open and International Class corps will be invited to compete at this event. More than 40 corps are expected to go head-to-head in the all-day preliminary competition at Lucas Oil Stadium.

World Championship Semifinals
Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis

The top 25 corps from the Thursday event (no matter World, Open or International Class distinction) will compete at the Semifinals with the top 12 of this grouping earning spots in the Saturday evening Finals competition.
  I whole-heartedly approve.

Top 12? Maybe in a few years. Magic 2002 was special. BDB isn't at that level... yet.

At most, BDB will give a corps in around the semi's area a run for their money.
