in search of "taxi" flags.

Post by SabreSpinner » Thu Nov 26, 2009 6:44 pm

hey all,

I'm lookin for some "taxi" flags for this coming winter season. a solid yellow flag with black and white checkers somewhere on it. a lot of flag companies used to have that in stock, but not anymore. I only need 4 to 6 in total. If i could borrow them for a season that would be awesome, if not we'll talk about purchasing them. EMail me at sbhsguard@aol.com or on here is fine too. :) thanks in advance!!

I saw someone in NCBA with them in parade this year....

They were the Titans......I want to say it was Antioch, but I could be wrong...

Antioch HS is the Panthers.

You know. We hand dyed our checkerboard flags this year. It worked really well and ended up spending $18 a silk instead of $40. We purchased plain white silks and dyed them. It was VERY cost effective.

You might be able to do something like that if you cannot find what you are looking for.
I am NOT too old for this!

I saw some on the guardroom.com a while back. Hopefully they're still there!
