Re: Scholastic World Prelims
Haha I thought prelims was over because the scores didn't have anyone else listed, in open they listed all the groups that hadn't gone on with a score of 0.

Re: Scholastic World Prelims
It's amazing how big WGI is getting in the percussion world. The first year was 1993 with 7 high school lines and this year they had 104 lines. The first year for ind. lines was 1994 with 4 and this year there were 59 lines. Not to mention all the concert groups.
Re: Scholastic World Prelims
It's because their judges have meaningful insight to offer. Comments from qualified professionals go a long way in helping a group, and the kids improve along the way. Take a look at the final product they are getting...WOW. Meaningful, thoughtful, engaged, alert, "from experience" feedback...it's a tough thing to find. I think people gravitate towards quality.
Re: Scholastic World Prelims
Thanks for the love Steven.
Dartmouth threw down on Saturday! And so did Logan...I thought they should have moved up a place...but whatever.
Congrats to everyone who attended!
