the italian place needs to update the kitchen. And some of cooks think they wrote the book on food (haha) and are too full of themselves to even consider that people don't like the food they are cooking.

I think italian could be good with an updated menu and some new chefs in the kitchen.

yes...i agree! I mean, they have a good location, a good building, the decor is ok, they have the tables, chairs, nice silverware. Just need to tweak the menu a bit more.

Keep in mind, the menu HAS changed a bit in recent years!!! (bravissimo!) :yeah:

its hard to come across a good italian food without actually going to the source....im my opinoin, the best italian food comes from southern italy
