I can see this happening in Europe but not the U.S. Too many lawyers and the ACLU... lawsuits would follow very quickly here at home. The Europeans have more respect for their bands' public performances...

I saw the same video tonight on MSNBC.

It seems so...staged...because of the cymbal crash right when the kid falls...but he does "biff" it pretty good...hard to stage that...

I guess when that director tells the band not to let anyone break ranks the take him seriously!

The town looks European, but the band looks American (Sousaphones, bell front baritone horns..etc). Odd.

Yeah, I agree with John, first, their would be lawyers all over this, second, some angry "Jerry Springer" like parent would come out of the crowd and attack that tuba player...
