i saw the phat band a couple weeks ago. amazing. i picked up XXL and it's great, i like the singing also.

My XXL CD arrived yesterday and I've been listening to it today. It defiantly is great.

See if you can find his very first project "Close to the Edge." It still has big band stuff, but they weren't considered the BPB yet. It's definitely 80's-ish. I found a copy through half.com.
