Is there interest in another game in March? Do you like the picture format? Would you prefer broader/different categories? Like what? Comments, suggestions, anathemas?
I would love to do this again in March. Everything was formated fine for me. I just got behind cuz of the internet problem and moving but if that never happened I would've maybe had some better luck with the standings haha. Nothing I can really see changing so much. I like the hints they aren't like really vague or too precise but they get you into the ballpark of where you need to be searching. I dunno about a different category I like looking at states and going around the world haha but i'm open to mostly anything.

Congrats fsq--

On and I'd love to play in March... I'll probably be able to do more because it should be a little less stressful month. I think you did everything perfect... the hints were VERY helpful!

TY Hostrauser and FOTNW. As was said ... I'm sitting out in March. Too many commitments.

I would like to point something out ... I did not win because I was the fastest (obviously), but rather because I answered as many as I could correctly. If you are going to play again, my advice is to take the time once a day to log on, look at the question/picture, and at least attempt to answer or research it. The race does not always go to the swiftest, but rather the surest.

Good luck to everyone and thank you for hosting again Kevin. Mwahhhhhhh!

I cannot stress this enough. My scoring systems are designed with the goal of rewarding the people who participate the most.

Food for thought: if you were the LAST person to answer every single question, and you got all 24 right, you would've ended up with 875 points.

Take a look at the overall standings again.

875.

Someone, I believe Jsaxm, mentioned the trouble of logging on over the weekend. I can't say that I'll stop posting on the weekend, but I might next round move to a system where I post ONE question for the whole weekend (ie, it would be up from Saturday until Monday morning).

Haha 2nd place. Very nice.

Yea I really don't mind but I was out Sunday for the most part so Saturday would be it for me and if you post one on Sunday I wouldn't see it until Monday afternoon where it's already too late to answer. So I really like that 1 over the weekend but I say make it a more general hint if you do haha. Since we have a little more time on that. I dunno that's just some thought I mean if it's longer minus as well put the research into it.

I have Festival coming up in March and more rehearsals till 5 coming up here soon but no worries, if i'm really dedicated I'll sneak on in like Graphic Design haha. (This site is still not blocked at my school!) So other than that there shouldn't be too many commitments I have. I always find something to say though.

Btw...congrats FSQ. haha yea a little goes a long way so i'm going to at least attempt everyone I can.

Great job fieldshowqueen! It's clearly not by chance that you've been winning so many.
I do intent to participate in March.

Yeah, I think I could have contested for the win, but I didn't join in until about question 4, and the for my first four or so answers I wasn't doing any research just throwing out educated guesses (which all turned out to be wrong, so I had to change my strategy.), so it wasn't until about question 8 that I answered a question correctly, I did fairly well after that.

I haven't seen a whole lot of talk on the categories. I'm assuming we aren't tired of this "Where in the world" format just yet?

How about car models. Or Famous folks. Or Historical Events. Or types of plants, animals, insects, etc....any of those categories sound like fun.

Yeah and you give us an answer and we have to come up with the question. But that would probably be too easy with the internet and all..

I was talking about pictures of those categories.

Under consideration. That might not happen until April, though.

Good times. I would love to do this again next month.

While I'm one of those that usually can't log on during the weekends, the option of just one question Saturday - Monday is a decent compromise...

I don't think any other type of photo trivia would work as well as the "where in the world" photos did. There was lots to look at in the pictures, and little clues in each picture that might give you an idea where it was. For the last one, I had never seen it befire, but I started searching for high elevation airports, noticing how it was on the edge of a cliff. If you showed me a picture of a car or insect, I wouldn't know where to begin, except to start browsing libaries of photos. Not nearly as much fun.
