what music would you guys suggest playing that features some bass clarinet solo or something impressive? I need it for wind symphony try outs. Thanks!!!

Depending on your skill level...I've heard a couple of operas that have excellent bass clarinet parts. Granted, they are not solo pieces but, they are cool nonetheless.

- Barber of Seville (overture)
- Le Nozze de Figaro (overture)

If you like jazz, anything by Eric Dolphy is gold.

Does anyone know if it is possible to purchase or find Edmund Welles sheet music for the song "The Butcher of Andalusia"? And if so, where?

Thanks!!!
