Crushes on freshies

Post by BariSx_G » Fri Aug 22, 2003 11:35 pm

I have 2 freshie crushes right now. I'm kinda mad at myself for being scared to go up to them because I really do like them. Plus, they're freshies and I'm a sophomore!!!!!! Am I the only one?!?!?!

Well I'm not in your exact same boat, cause I'm an old junior so most of the freshmen are 3 years younger than me, which would be crib-robbery at this age :P But I know how you feel about being scared to go up to them. Just relax. They'll probably be excited that a sophomore likes them anyway, and even if you just turn out to be freinds it will make them feel welcome instead of scared like some freshmen are.

I don't think its wrong to go out with someone younger than you, it's just that I'm almost 17 and most of them are 13-14.

im a junior and im going out with a sophmore there is nothing really wrong with it we started going out last year so it was weird because i was all obssesed with older guys for like 2 years then i liked a younger one but i dont think age should matter as long as its legal because the fact of some 21 year old wanting to date a freshman is wrong but 1 year isnt much

awww....how cute.......uuummmm yeeeeeaaaah

o0o0o0o0o scandalous...jk.

so anyway, i think alot of upper classmen go for freshman cause they are vulnerable and think that they should date older guys in order to feel accepted into a group. i think thats dumb on both parties.

but hey if ya date the person, the attraction better be sincere.

Generally what I've noticed is that liking/dating someone with a 1-2 year age difference isn't considered wrong, but when there's 3-4 years in difference then something's wrong. However, as years go by, and a much older person (i.e. 20 or 21) goes out or likes a senior in high school or someone who just graduated, suddenly there's nothing wrong with it. But that's just what I've noticed...I've never experienced something like that before.

Well, yeah there are plenty of freshman cuties, yet it doesnt explain their maturity level... i hope all the non freshman understand what I'm saying.. a lot of freshman are realli immature because they just haven't gotton the chance to grow up.. be careful with your decisions because you freshman cutie could actually end up acting like a 10 year old...

But if you like her than thats kool.. yeah if your like me, a senior, there is no doubt in my head that i should NOT go a freshman.. wouldnt want to be a lil R. KElly now....

Ah, its all about consent.
If you like them, and vice-versa, and its okay that there is such a gap (age-wise and other things), then it should be okay,
