2006-2007 Drum Majors

Post by ZJH » Fri Jul 28, 2006 12:39 pm

Hey everyone. Just wanted to know who'll be leading their band for the '06-'07 marching season. Maybe I'll meet some of you up here in NorCal at some of the competitions, or I can wish you guys down in SoCal luck in your season. :D I'll start things off:

I'm Andrew, I'm from Franklin High in Elk Grove, CA, and I'll be the Drum Major for the second year. I'll be the short DM in the black British guard jacket and bearskin. :D But if you want formalities...

Andrew Cheung, Head Drum Major, Franklin High School
Manuel Ramírez, Assistant DM 1
Rachel Sandler, Assistant DM 2

David Clarino, Head Drum Major Burbank HS

My assistant is Jessica Winn (she doesn't go to these forums), so you might see her at one of the parades. Asst's required to do one parade

I also have one more yet to be determined assistant. We'll probably see who it is before band camp's over.

Michael Gomez, Assistant Drum Major at Armijo High School. I get one review this year, and that's Vallejo. I'll be in all white, and I have a black mace with chains. Look for me!

Grr. We still don't know who our DM is gonna be...
If a man loses pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music in which he hears, however measured, or far away...
