Theres way more than 3 with the mascot of cougars, just off the top of my head: Washington state, BYU, azusa pacific university, and theres way more...

2. Washington State University Cougars
Brigham Young University (UT) Cougars
University of Houston (TX) Cougars
3. University of Georgia Bulldogs
Fresno State University (CA) Bulldogs
Gonzaga University (WA) Bulldogs
Louisiana Tech Bulldogs
Mississippi State University Bulldogs
If there are more, I can't think of them off the top of my head.
