Dr. Joe told me that I have to be extra careful & watch my calorie intake for the next couple of weeks. I move around a lot, and I injured my ankle so it would be easy for me to gain weight since I won't be as active. Which means I shouldn't go buck-wild on the turkey at Thanksgiving

dont listen to dr. joe, go all dr.phill on that turkey and watch it for 5 minutes and then eat it, putting down your fork down after every consumption. hahaha. soggy if im making fun of anyones diet...but i thought it was kinda funny. makes sense..yet funny. i was doing that one day cuz i was bored, and there was this doood that was like *you do notice that dr phill is fat right?* tehehe. that was so off topic but gobbbbbble day. gosh on thanxgiving all my family does is eat then kareoke. like seriously its so weird, we have a bowl of rice and pancit(chow mein) by the turkey and potatoes...but you gootta love it. i love these holidays though...its all about martinelles (sp?)- sparkling apple cider is the best!
