Franz Liszt composed the "Grand Galop Chromatique" as a challenge for his own immense abilities. Only the most talented piano virtuosi can perform it.
One of the 20th Century's greatest talents, Georges Cziffra, swallows it whole.

Oh, and the score bounces back and forth between BM (5 sharps) and EbM (3 flats), with a few other keys thrown in for fun.

My, it's been quite a while since I've been in the band world... and I really should come back again
This showboat is something I've been working off and on, on the side as a possible encore for a recital... but Cziffra makes me feel like giving up. But then again, Cziffra was just an insane beast at piano.
Side note, I found out that a transcription for band apparently exists... the idea sounds either ridiculously good or ridiculously bad.
