Hey, I have faith that Oakland will find a way to loose. and, sadly, I think the 49's are going to hit the wall this weekend, then bounce back for the remainder of the season against the very weak western division.

Re: NFL Football Pool Game IV
One of these days you people will start listening to me. A team can only be "underachievers" for a season or two. After that, you have to change your assessment and accept the fact that the Chargers just aren't very good. I mean, giving up 500 yards offense to the Raiders? In a home game?
This team stinks. I mean bad. Seriously, if you were starting a football team, would you choose to raid this roster? I can think of only five guys, six tops, that are GOOD football players. The other 47-48 are all FAIR to POOR. Stop kidding yourself: the Chargers are not "talented." That was a few seasons ago.

Re: NFL Football Pool Game IV
The Chargers will be, at best, 7-9. Maybe 6-10. They've gone 4-5 over the EASY part of their schedule. They still have games against the Bears, Bills, Ravens, and Lions. Boom, that's 4-9 right there. Stick a fork in 'em, they are DONE.
On the flip-side, the Raiders will win the AFC West and get absolutely ANNIHILATED in their first playoff against anybody.
It's called "Norv Turner's Disease" (aka the Law of Diminishing Returns):
2007: playoffs, 2-1.
2008: playoffs, 1-1.
2009: playoffs, 0-1.
2010: winning record, no playoffs.
2011: losing record.
Norv and A.J. can make all the excuses in the world. The facts are crystal clear. The Chargers will not be a winning franchise until both of them are gone.

You speak the truth. And as much as I love the chargers... they just are not a good team...Hostrauser wrote:One of these days you people will start listening to me.
