i learned marking time to the beat in the begining or when u arent hitting any pads helps. the game is fun i like to play the easy songs. i'm actualy not that bad for not really playing at all. now if i had practice i'd be somthing.

I thought I was the only one that marked time. Doing the drumline "duts" also helps. During silent parts between musical phrases I go "DUT DUT DUT DUT!" and people stare at me weird.
ya...I do duts, count off, mark time, everything band to help me. My sister says I do it stupid...shes graceful about it lol, I have it down to rythyms. Like I subdivide for people sometimes if they are off, and they dont get it. Oh well

Before a song beings, I bounce a little bit, and if its really fast, I pat my hands against me legs...most of the songs have strong beats, so keeping the beat always helps.

honestly i think our school got the money by takeing the money the drumline earned from the candy sales away...becsue the principal literaly came in and took the money away from us...and the next week we have 3 ddr machines!!! what does that say....so honestly the drumline doesn;t use them....becasue they stole our money to buy them....i hate that principal.....buut i don't think they used our money....when you want to gt mad for no obvious reason you think about that and then you get mad.

If your school's candy sales are like anything my school's candy sales are like, you'd not be able to get half a machine off of that money.
Three machines...that has to be like $10000.

But then again, if your school has alot of people, candy sales work.
