Am I crazy, or has this forum been quiet for an entire day? In the middle of summer? Has there been some kind of large scale natural disaster effecting band student's across California that I'm not aware of?

Really? I started School like 2 weeks ago haha.
But it has been quiet lately. Maybe because of homework now and other things...? I've been loaded with a lot of hw lately and band rehearsals by the dozen (Ok maybe not that many), but a few to keep me busy.

I'm quiet because I'm old (no energy).
Actually ... I'm hosting a French kid and we've been playing SoCal tourist for the past 3 weeks, so I haven't been on line too much lately.

School started for me yesterday, but I thought it was shockingly early (I normally don't start until late September).

LOL @ traitors. ... and why is it Pomona starts on 9/25 and SLO started now? ... and I'm soooooooo glad I don't have to go to skool.

Too many quotes to quote haha. Down here we usually start around this time but early is more like Apple Valley/Victorville area. They started like the 3rd of August. xP. I wonder when their band camp was o_O.
I have a life...somewhat haha. I just try to balance it out between hw and having a social life, which so far isn't working out (just got back from band rehearsal, I should be doing hw....)

I'm actually taking my last quarter ("semester") at CSU Fresno. It starts a lot earlier because its a semester school. Cal Poly SLO doesn't start until 9/25.
