Deadline 1 is closed.

But there's still time to get picks in under Deadline 2. You just won't be able to pick for Game #1 now.

Next week will be a lot easier. We'll finally be back to the normal Sunday games!!!

Former Charger Michael Turner is having a pretty good debut for Atlanta: 7 carries for 117 yards and 2 TDs... in the FIRST QUARTER.

And Tom Brady got injured.

Wow, I'm 5/13 games played so far. That is a sad state of affairs, I think maybe I got a little carried away with hopeful upsets that didn't happen. :?

Tom Brady's out for the season with a torn ACL and knee ligament damage.

Don't let me slow your search for someone who feels sorry for the Patriots or their fans. Won't find it here.

I don't feel so bummed about the Chargers loss today, Pats lost Brady for the season and Indianapolis didn't look good at all against the Bears. Now the Chargers have no excuse to not make the Super Bowl, otherwise the curse is real. Very surprising first week.

As for the Patriots right now, Daunte Culpepper just retired a few days ago, but maybe he'd change his mind......"Culpepper to Moss" sound familiar???
