S, M, R, T...I mean...S, M, A, R, T.

By the way, people using a video camera to record their TV screen should be banned from Youtube. If an out-of-date chap like me (when I bought my 386DX, it was the last time I was cutting edge) can figure out how to connect my VCR and DVR to my computer, anyone can.
I deserved that! By the way, that clip is down...

What clip? Uh oh...didn't know I was talking about the Trivia Master.

The Youtube clip that prompted my comment was one of the Simpsons scene I was quoting. I wanted to double check the lines.

You and me both. To quote that guy from the WaMu commercial, "I'm just going to pretend I never saw this."

Correct Answer for Question #13: Mono Lake, CA

Eastwood's epic "High Plains Drifter" was filmed in the region, and the movie's town of "Lago" was built right on the lake's shore.

The famous ghost town of Bodie, CA is nearby. Due to the rain shadow caused by the Sierras and the high altitude, Bodie is routinely the coldest spot in the lower 48 states, particularly in the summer (while the rest of the country bakes, July nights in Bodie still drop into the 20s).

Q#14 coming up in three-ish hours.

TRIVIA QUESTION #14
Name this World Capitol:
Image

Hint: Really? You need a hint? How many decently-sized world capitols crammed onto a teeny, tiny island can there be? Okay, here's the hint: take a close look at just how tiny the island is. There's a soccer field on one side. How many soccer fields long is this city?

Correct Answer for Question #14: Male, Maldives

Pronounced "MAH-lay" (does not rhyme with "Mail"), "MALL-dihvz" (not "MALL-deeves" as some would try to inform you).

1,190 islands clustered in 26 atolls; 200 islands are inhabited and 80 islands are strictly resorts (tourism, naturally, is the Maldives' biggest industry; a Muslim nation, it is a very popular vacation destination for the wealthy of the Arabian peninsula).

A series of coral, not volcanic, islands, the highest point in the Maldives is only 7 feet above sea level. As a result, the Maldives is extremely sensitive to changes in ocean level. The 2004 tsunami went through 2/3 of Male, and changed other islands so much that they are still redrawing the maps. As sea levels continue to rise, it is expected that the sea will reclaim these island and the Maldives will cease to exist in the next couple hundred years.

Q#15 coming up... at some point.

I could see that there was a name there, but no amount of magnification made it legible.

I was going to outline it like pixel by pixel to see if I could then take my outline and then enlarge it. I never got around to it and I guessed it said West Campus...I was pretty close...on the first letter of each word haha. Last letter of the first word too haha. Oh well..maybe this time ;)

Q#18 coming up.

Not a lot of responses recently. Guess I'll have to make the hints more obvious...
