I kept throwing up a little in my mouth everytime GW's face came on the screen, so, it was fruitless to continue this strange behavior on my part.

So instead of watching the worthless and lame State of the Union, I bided my time by doing something incredibly important.

I played Tiddlywinks.

Was it customary to give a standing ovation every time Bush paused? :?

I think he brought up a few good points... but overall i don't think anyone actually cared anymore about it because hes going to be out of office so soon... and people are more focused on the election that bush.

I love an election year when the prez isn't running ... Dubya totally blasted the lame-o senate and house. He wouldn't even consider that if he were up for reelection. Other than that ... I just sort of faded in and out and the only reason the danged thing was on in the first place was because daughter #1 had to watch it for AP Gov.

Well hopefully the house passes the tax rebate bill, not that I support it, I just want the money. :D
Go read "Ishmael" a novel by Daniel Quinn. It will literally change your life.

I love when Bush Derangement Syndrome rears its head...

Regardless of what some may think, the guy is not the worst Pres we have ever had. In fact, some of the best Presidents were not very well liked by many during their administrations, and their policies seemed to be awful at the time. However, time puts perspective on many things.

Hopefully, in twenty years, people will look at the current state of matters differently.

Heck, during Reagan's presidency we were all supposed to have died in a nuclear holocaust of his doing. Funny how things turn out...

It wasn't HIS doing...it would have been the Evil Empire's doing.

i don't think he's a bad guy. i think he's been misinformed and kept in the dark about a lot.
i was remarking on the dive the economy is taking and the seemingly endless foriegn crises this country is encountering lately.
