Yay! Disneyland was so dead tonight. They announced about 7:30 pm that the fireworks and all showings of Fantasmic were canceled due to the winds. [Sarcasm] Boy were people happy. [/Sarcasm] Then it was all good about 11 pm. And we all were saying Happy New Year to each other in the booth. It was fun. I hope to do it again next year.

My wife wanted to go out to the Texas Bar BQ last night to celebrate New Year's Eve. I told her I was tired and would love to go there for New Year's breakfast this morning. When we got there we saw a sign that thanked the customers for their patronage and that they would be closed permanently on January 1, 2008.

I'm heartbroken...

I did absolutely nothing for New Years. All my friends were home with their families, but I had to stay in town to work. My family is six hours away, so I couldn't go just for the night (). And to top it all off, my g/f went away for the week.
It's 5:00... do you know where your ancestors came from?

You wouldn't think so if you lived here. We will be getting McDonald's in April. While it's not my favorite burger joint, I am a former employee and I don't think they are as bad as what people who haven't worked for them say. It's a lot better than the Korean/Japanese Lotteria and the Filipino Jollibee, the only two hamburger chains in Vietnam.

For some reason the food at the US Jolibees is very different than the ones in asia. The US Jolibee burgers resemble American burgers with all the extras while the ones in Asia are just bun patty and sauce. As far as I can tell the chicken and spaghetti options are the same here in the states

I am in Asia. I don't like Jollibee here.
