I saw a movie critic give a review and said the the League of Extrodinary Gentlemen was HORRIBLE! Believe it or not, I listen to the movie critics and their reviews, and most of the time, I agree with them. I don't want to waste my money on some crappy movie. I better wait and see what Ebert and Roeper have to say about these movies.

who do they play??????? All I know is that one is an adventurer of some type, oneis invisible, one is a vampire, and they last is Dr.Jekyll/Mr.Hyde. Also, what's the plot and whose the bad guy?

Tony Curran- invisible man
Peta Wilson- 1/2 human, 1/2 vampire
Stuart Townsend- immortal guy or something
Naseeruddin Shah- some scientist guy
Shane West- secret agent
Jason Flemyng- umm... how do descibe this... beast...controller...guy...
Sean Connery- the guy in charge!!

Umm.. the plot you ask... Basically they're 7 people out to stop one dude from starting a war among all the nations or something like that. This "villain" aka "the fantom" is "skilled" in the most recent technologies... He plans to use them to destory the world... not a bad plot, but I think I'll wait to see it due to I've heard really bad things about it...

I saw pirates and the plot was actually really good. Yes, Johnny Depp was good too, but even if he wasn't in the movie I would have liked it. It surprisingly had a really good story.

To tell you the honest truth Nizmo, I had no intention of seeing that movie anyways. I had heard that it sucked, but if you say that it sucked than, that is just another person to add to the list of reasons why I will not see it.

Now that I've read reviews and what people say about it, I'm probably not gonna see LXG either.
