When do you guys get off school?

Todays our last day and its a half-day (in other words a wasted day....they should just let us go to band all day )

We are finished on Thursday. Unfortunately, this last week of school for us is hellish. Every year we put on a combined performing arts program concert. Dance, Drama, Choir, and Band all performing on the same night in the same concert. It is really cool, but sooooooo time consuming. We had a dress rehearsal on Monday, a concert last night and tonight, and then assemblies during the school day tomorrow. Then, finally........rest!

Finals for my kids are Period 1 and 2 yesterday (2 hrs per period), Period 0 (1 hr) and Period 3 and 4 today (2 hrs. each), Period 0 (1 hr) and Period 5 and 6 tomorrow (2 hrs. each). So ...

Got a kid from Costa Rica coming to stay for a couple of days on New Year's Day which is going to be fun.

I had my last final on Monday, but am still in San Jose till tonight due to 2 concerts at the middle school I'm student-teaching at. Then I don't start school again till Jan 22nd. I don't know what I'm going to do with myself for that long(besides mass amounts of guard).

Last day was today. Also another half-day. It was finals all this week and half days all this week. Periods 1,2 on Mon.; 3 and 4 Tues. 6,7 today. Period 5 final was on Fri. because we have that everyday, but was not a half day just every other period was really short.

Dec. 20-....Jan....uhm...8 I believe. Not 7th...why? I dunno.

My last day is gonna be Friday.

Then I don't go back til the beginning of March.

[gotta love overpopulation and a year-round system]

Too bad I don't get much of a break, since I still have to make up some classes and my AP teachers love making us do extra stuff during the break. =/
