Anybody ANYWHERE got any explanation for why when I joined guard I also dropped my "tiny dancer girl" frame and gained 22 pounds and two pants sizes? I want to get rid of it! Any tips?

Seriously though maybe that's your healthy weight. I say the normal working out routine will work. Just don't turn into an eating disorder girl.

:) don't worry about it just do some regular work outs and walk alot. it will help keep the weight off but, try to stay away from junk food !!! it is really tempting sometimes though!!!also as long as your ok with it and your friends like you for who you are you'll be fine !!!!!! 8-)

DIETS NEVER WORK!

All you need is to eat proper ammounts of food and excercise.

Burn more calories than u take in

just try running up and down stairs 10 times and get some weights and do that at least 3 times a week i guess.

Oh yea almost forgot:
Join a real sport!

Gimmicks do not work...they'll take the weight off for a week or even a month, but it will come back eventually...the ONLY way to really lose weight and keep it off is to consistently excersize and eat healthier...follow the food pyramid..drink lots of water...avoid sodas and stuff like that...you have to consistently do it to keep it off tho

1. you are 14. your body is changing.

2. that extra weight isn't exactly fat. you've prolly developed some more muscle going through guard and thats prolly what the extra weight is.

when u diet for a week or somthing your body loses the glucouse that is normally stored. So when it's gone u will be about 8lbs lighter but not looking any different. When the diet is over those 8lbs will quickly come back

eat normally, but healthy. exercise often.

thats the best diet.
