Quite a bit, I would think: since the "topic" of the Discussion Group is "Pageantry," the off-topic forum would cover everything other than that. The title is, after all, "Off-Topic Discussions" not "Laffo FUN Forum 4 evry1 to act lik a j@ck@$$!" The rules that apply in the other forums still apply here, though admittedly the moderating staff is (usually) more lenient in enforcing them here.
