International Tuba Day!

Just to let everyone know, International Tuba Day is coming up on Friday, May 2nd. What special honorary celebration does YOUR band have planned? We must appreciate the base of our pyramids of sound! We also must spread the word that not all tuba players are fat guys! The tubas in my band are some of the skinniest guys marching! Kill the sterotypes! Respect for tuba players! Low Brass lovers unite!

you totally rock! I didn't know there was an International Tuba Day... May 2nd eh? I should remember that. I love my section, even though I'm trying out for Drum Major this year... Anyway, our section was made up of 10 bandies, and half of them were girls! And we totally kicked the guys butts anyway. it rocked
