What if DCI made a comercial?

It's stuff like that that is needed in the DCI market.
If that was put on National TV, you would have a lot of non-drum corps people wondering "who are the Cavaliers."
Would it then build up enough anxiety to accually go out and find out exactly who they are?

The only probkem with the whole televising deal is that you would get great ratings once. I think this is so because the audience would want the most Visually pleasing Corps to win. However we all know that the most Visual is not always the best technicaly. I would love to see drum corps on a major T.V. station, but i think DCI would get kicked off the air once the crowd favorite didnt win. I think that DCi would turn into one of those new reality series. The worst Corps would be voted off at the end of every show. I dont think we wan thtat to happen.
