Actually PP,

Crossmen's Welcome to the St. James Club is done by The Rippingtons on the album of the same name. At least that's the only one I'm aware of.

Mystikal Drum & Bugle Corps is coming! Southern California's newest drum corps is part of the Impulse Youth Arts Organization and will participate in their Winter Marching Clinics December 8 and 15th at Cerritos College in Norwalk. See website for details: www.impulseyoutharts.org

Mystikal's 2003 program is tentatively titled "Mystik Rhythms -- A Return To Jazz" and will include:

Taboo - Stan Kenton Orchestra (old fashioned drum corps-style jazz!)
One Note Samba - Quincy Jones' Big Band Bossa Nova (rhythmic and exciting)
At Last - Etta James (in the style of a lush Blue Devils ballad)

Come be a part of it all.

Last minute changes to our program (creative decisions supported by all involved) are as follows: "A Chuck Mangione Suite" featuring exciting and rhythmic music by the grammy award winning composer. We can't wait for this to hit the field!

Well, it wasn't what I thought it was going to be, BUT it's still a good tune.

"Count Bubba" by Gordon Goodwin, according to Chuck Naffier in an interview along with George Hopkins about the Crossmen's 2003 program on the DCI website.
