Mandarins January Camp - Note Saturday location change

Auditions for the 2005 Sacramento Mandarins Drum and Bugle Corps will continue at the January camp, January 15 and 16.

• Saturday, January 15 will be held at VAPAC High School, corner of Fruitridge and Florin Perkins, Sacramento. Registration at 8 a.m., rehearsal 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.

• Sunday, January 16 will be at VAPAC High School, corner of Fruitridge and Florin Perkins, Sacramento. Registration at 8 a.m., rehearsal 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Anyone interested in membership is encouraged to attend. Note: color guard will be on Sunday, January 16 only, brass and percussion both days.

Please contact the appropriate caption head if you plan on attending or if you wish to march with the Mandarins this season, but cannot attend the January camp.

This year’s Mandarins DCI tour will begin with the DCI Southwest Regional in San Antonio, with appearances in other shows and other regionals leading to the DCI Championships in Foxboro MA.

Due to school facility conflicts on Saturday, January 15, the Mandarins Saturday camp location has been moved to VAPAC High School, corner of Fruitridge and Florin Perkins, Sacramento (the original message at the top of this thread has been changed to reflect this fact as well).

This means that camp will be at VAPAC on Saturday as well as Sunday. Directions are here (they have been changed since the last camp to reflect the campus' new location on the site): http://www.mandarins.org/dci/locations.html
