Favourite Division 1 Ballad
Hey ya'll. I know we've had the "whats your favorite drum crops show" and things like that, but I'd like to know what some of your favourite drum corp ballads are.
"It is your destiny to be the leader who uses this event to rally a city, a nation...a world"
"Its not what you do or what you say, but HOW you do it that matters the most"
UC: Riverside, Class Of 2007

Oh I'll stop now...

Is that the 1985 ballad?? If so...yes, quite possibly the MOST beautiful moment ever in DCI history...Schimmy wrote:The Promise of Live from the Tender Land by Aaron Copland, no question.

hahah
There's always an "except" isn't there Phantom...I don't remember hearing that release...I guess it was somewhat similar in that sense to 99's big release in the ballad. Didn't really get to hear that one either...probably due to the crowd response during the cresendo and into the release...(I guess their was a late mellphone release).
Lets not get into releases though...else we'd need to start talking about the kings of horrid releases...The Phantom Regiment.
