Check out the broadcast intros for Phantom & Carolina at DCI's website.
http://www.dci.org

BD's broadcast intro is on their website: http://www.bluedevils.org/tty/index.php ... edia/video.

DCI is also showing BD's video intro from the ToC. Those of you who went to Spartan Stadium missed this if you didn't go to the Flint Center (only the audio was played at Spartan).

Is there any info on when KCET or whichever affiliate is in Orange or San Bernardino counties will be broadcasting DCI? The closest one I've seen is Huntington Beach, and that's not close to me at all!

You'll need to contact your local PBS station.

<BUMP>

Just a reminder that the California showings kick off this weekend. According to DCI's listing, San Jose's KTEH (Channel 54) will be the first in CA to show it this Saturday evening (Sept. 4th) at 8:00pm. San Diego & Huntington Beach get their chance on Sunday, Sept. 5th.

If anyone knows of other stations doing the show that aren't listed, don't be afraid to speak up.

The broadcast was around a hour and twenty minutes. There were no pledge breaks (maybe except at the end), but none of the corps were shown in their entirity. They showed major segments of the top 6 (going into finals, not the finals outcome as you will see Crown opening), along with snipets of the bottom 6. You will also see interviews addressed to the general public of what it is like to be in drum corps.
If you watch the broadcast, contact your PBS affiliate and thank them. If you are able, send them a donation. If they hear how much the public appreciates them for showing this, they may continue to show it in the future.

If you missed the KTEH broadcast (I'm addressing the SF Bay Area), DCI just added that KQED/Channel 9 will be broadcasting the show on Sept. 12 at 11:00am.

According to DCI, the remaining California broadcasts are as follows (may still be subject to change):

Sept. 16: Sacramento - KVIE/Channel 6 @ 4pm.
Nov. 27: San Bernardino - KVCR/Channel 24 @ 8pm.
