they're going inactive this year. it's on DCI's website.. what the website doesn't mention is that their kickass independent world guard and drum programs are going inactive too.

I'm stunned. They used to be one of the richest corps around. It's a little shocking that the money and bingo and indian gaming stuff has hit them so hard.
