Mandarins Brass and Guard Workshops - Sunday November 2

The Sacramento Mandarins will be holding several workshop/clinics on Sunday, November 2

• Central Valley Brass Clinic, 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm Ceres High School, 2320 Central Avenue, Ceres, CA 95307. This clinic is for those with or without brass playing experience, and is free of charge. For more information, see this flyer:

• Central Valley Dance/Movement Clinic, which will also be held from 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. at Ceres High School. Students will be taught dance basics that include body alignment, rotation, jumps and turns. Various dance combinations will be taught as well as information about injury prevention and performance skills. This event is free of charge. • Mandarins Brass Academy, 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Cosumnes Oaks High School, 9850 Lotz Parkway, Elk Grove, CA 95757, 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. The Mandarins Brass Academy is a continuing program which intended for students in high school or college who are motivated to enhance their level of brass performance through a careful study of brass performance techniques.
